Cameo or Black Shoulder chick?

Yes he can, also if this cameo peacock is split to peach the chick could be a peach if the chick is a girl, even if the bs hen is not split to peach, half the girls from this mating will be peach. Are you sure the cameo hen is split to peach? As i know sex-liked colors hens can't be split to another colors.

You are right, I had that wrong. As I said they are my friends birds, not my own so it is hard to keep track of someone else's. The hens are Cameo, Peach, and an BS that I would have sworn he said was split to something, but now I'm confused and will have to ask him again when I talk to him.

The chick's coloring would be correct for a peach? I've never seen a peach chick only adults.

Not a regular peach, this a peach chick from legg's site:

Your chick is definitely a bs chick, but it could be a bs peach hen if the male is split to peach. The only way to know is to wait and see when he/she gets older

The chick is definitely BS. ..and hens cannot be split to sex linked colors. A peach hen cannot throw peach anything if the boy is not peach or split to peach. A peach hen would only throw boys that are split peach if paired with a non-peach boy. None of the hens from that pairing would be peach.

Okay, that is helpful, but we think the Cameo male, who is one possible father, is split to peach. It's the BS thing that throws us because we didn't think either male was split BS and only one hen is a BS that we know of.
