First thing we did was strip off all of the old sealant on the roof and use RV roof tape in place. Took several days to peal, scrape, ass grind all the layers off. But we didn't want to start inside until we knew it was weather proof again.

Looks like you already have a pop door on the Right....LOLThen we gut the trailer. This is where we found so much more damage than we initially thought. We considered saving the wiring since it all still worked but removing the cabinets left us with piles of wire everywhere. So rather than sort through it my husband decided it would be easier to just run some outlets and lights on 110.

Then it was time to start paneling. I got white 1/8" MDF. I need something flexible and easy to clean. I'll caulk all seams. My husband worked on a plywood floor and boxes to cover the wheel wells.
