Camper conversion questions

Hello,
Today I’m starting to clean out my truck camper for use with my EE flock. I have this opportunity born out of necessity, to create my own chicken coop, with all of the features I don’t have in the other one. I’ll take pics, and hopefully some of you wonderful people will lend me a hand with some ideas, and I’ll get this done and my chickens moved over

I have heard that the problem with camper conversions is getting enough ventilation.

This it, I thought of using existing cupboards for nest boxes, and painting everything. The Rats had moved in the winter before...
