campine,andalusian age to expect egg

My girls are almost 15 weeks and still smaller then my Chihuahua besides age do they need to be a certain size to lay?
Is this normal size for the birds my Brahma is slightly larger but not by much and may be a roo.
Does anyone know when i can expect eggs from these breeds?
