Can’t get a break, chicken might have an issue now,

Hey guys!
Ive been dealing with bumble food with my ducks for over 1.5 months now and we are finally on the mend, but tonight I noticed my one chicken Big Mac (my husband named her…) has inflamed ankles and red in between her toes, she’s always had thicker ankles and I always would laugh about it but now I’m thinking something might be wrong, I touched them and they feel like there is liquid in there, any thoughts on this?

That may be a gout issue. Not sure if that's how you spell it and I'd have to look up how to treat it.
Hopefully someone else can chime in to help.
