Can’t stand

I have a hand that can’t stand it is leaning to one side. Her head and neck is tilted to one side as well. She is eating and drinking fine. I have her isolated from my other hands. Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong with her?

I don't exactly know, I've never been able to cure it myself.
I think you need to give them vitamins of some kind.
Once, one of my hens had wry neck and it went away on its own.
Try feeding her sunflower seeds and peanut butter.
