Can 2 Silver Laced Wyandottes from the same hatch, have different comb types?

I have one16 week old SLW with a large double rose comb and another of the same age with a large single notched comb.

I don't know if this indicates sex type? Or is it a breed thing? Anyone have any imput on this? Thanks
