can 3-4 day old chicks hurt or kill each other?

I have 13 3-4 day old chicks. They are ameraucanas. I have one that is pecking at the others eyes and face. Gets a good hold of em too, and they scream (or whatever lol). This thing is relentless, I've never seen a chick keep such an interest in something. Can it seriously hurt or kill the others? I'm not sure what to do, I don't have anywhere else to keep it seperate and still keep it warm.

Is it picking at all the chicks or just the ones who still have the egg tooth attached at the tip of their beaks? I have noticed that I always have one or two that go for those egg teeth, until they fall off (usually less than a week).

(you can't always tell that they are going for the egg tooth, since they're a little clumsy at < 1 week)

It seems to be going after all of them but they all still have the egg tooth so maybe that is why. Seems to be dead on hitting them in the eyes tho that's why I am so concerned. None of them are bloodied or anything it just sounds awful with all the little shrieks coming from the box lol.
