Can 8 Week Old Puppies Eat TOTW??

So long as the diet is balanced and complete the protein should not be a problem. With lower quality foods the protein is not balanced both with the type of protein and the rest of the nutrients which is where growth problems come from. Most of the higher quality dog foods do not have different formulas for different ages. They have different flavors and maybe different energy levels for pet versus working dogs but many do not have a puppy food and even fewer separate large and small breed puppies. If everything is balanced with high quality ingredients it's not necessary.

I'm feeding my pups a mixture of TOTW and Innova puppy food.

We feed our Dane the Kirkland dog food. Our vet actually recommended it. Tang has gained the weight he badly needed to and his coat is shiny and he is healthy.

Thanks guys! We ended up choosing the chicken soup for the puppy lovers soul.... ( or something like that..lol). Looked like it had pretty good ingredients in it... so, i think it should work for now.
I figure i'll feed it for a while then switch her over to the TOTW...

Kirkland and TOTW are both made by Diamond. I'm wondering if it isn't the same as the Diamond Naturals....only packaged for Costco.

My housedog gets the TOTW but I feed my 2 outside dogs the Diamond Naturals lamb and rice. They do well on it.

TOTW is Diamond's grain free line. They have several different brands for different purposes and store chains.
