can a chick hatch after opening a bit of the egg?

My broody hens has been sitting for 27 days and hasn't hatched any eggs, so I thought they were bad,i cracked the egg carefully just to what it looks like as I thought it was dead, but it seems the chick was moving inside, the skin thing inside the egg is still on it so I put it back under her, it looked like it is fully developed, do you think it will be good to hatch it? It has been 4 hours since I cracked it and it is still alive.

Please don't call me crazy or anything or anything mean I thought they were bad eggs

I get you. I once took an egg out to the compost pile for an eggtopsy. It had been incubating 25 days. There was a live chick inside about to hatch. It didn't make it.
What I would be concerned about with yours is the inner membrane drying out and shrinking to the chick so it can't move.

So what should I do I want chicks?

Without an incubator to put it in and watch humidity I suspect you may just have to cross fingers and hope for the best. There is a thread called hatching 101 you could search for that may have some suggestions.

Before breaking any others that same thread has advice about how to check for life. Good luck!

Are you absolutely positive that the hen has been sitting on these same eggs for 27 days? And we are talking chickens, correct?
Are most of your eggs fertile?

Yes chicken eggs, and I'm sure they're fertile as I candled them twice and one of the is moving when I candled today

as said before: you need to keep the membrane moist.
here is a brief excerpt from the "step to step guide to assisted hatching" (found at: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatching):

I will also add that I have recently switched from using sterile water in an assist to using Q-tips or "Ear Buds", and adding antibacterial CLEAR OINTMENT called bacitracin (NOT NEOSPORIN) to inner membranes, because you do NOT have to keep wetting them and you can see in the pic below that the ointment makes that membrane clear, and it is ANTIBIOTIC it wont have bacteria in it that water can! refer to https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/704328/diary-notes-air-cell-detatched-shipped-eggs/7850 for understanding ointments and creams. DO NOT USE OINTMENT WITH PAIN KILLER! USE BACITRACIN"​

if you don't have an antibacterial ointment without added pain meds, i would try a small amount of vaseline mixed with additional water that you have to bring to a 'roaring' boil for a few minutes first in order to sterilize it. apply the mix (once the water has cooled) with a soft tiny brush or a q-tip.​

The first day of her sitting I switched the eggs with new ones
