Can a chicken poop if egg bound?

I googled the question and it said, no. My Speckled Sussex has yet to lay an egg. She's not feeling well as she looks like she is tired. She hung out in the coop part of the day and free ranging the rest of today. Wonder if she ate something that she should not have. All I can do is hope for the best....thoughts?

I dont believe so! I have had ducks longer than chickens and I have never had that happen
