Can a chicken with Mycoplasma be eaten?

I think I my might have a chicken with Mycoplasma which means that my entire flock could be infected. We were planning on culling 12 rooster, and I am wondering if it is safe to eat the meat of a infected birds.

If the birds are not showing signs of sickness, they are safe to eat. Mycoplasma is a respiratory infection and you discard the respiratory tract. And as always, make sure you cook your chickens properly.

Thanks guys. I was feeling a little frustrated thinking that I was going to have to dispose of all these rooster, and not be able to use them/eat them.

I'm not so sure... I'd send some blood off and have it tested for MG and MS.
