Can a chickens die from Fowl Pox?

From dry pox, unlikely. However if the virus infects mucous membranes, it becomes wet pox, and then it can certainly be fatal. Also, birds fighting the virus have lowered immunity and various secondary bacterial infections can occur.

While the chickens are fighting the pox up their nutrition and add vitamins to their diets. Chopped greens, scrambled egg some Poly Vi Sol infant liquid vitamins without iron etc. That should help them recover faster.
