Can a egg go without heat for a day?

Yeah if it's catching bugs definitely take it out for a bit at a time to scratch in the dirt. Good chicken!
Silkies are very hard to sex, it might be months before you can be sure.
It's only a day old and it won't stop chirping until i take it out of the brooder,is it okay if it spends most of the time outside the brooder?

Maybe someone with more experience with singleton chicks can chime in, but as long as it's warm enough(since you said where you are it probably is, or needs very little extra heat), safe from any larger animal or careless human, and can find food and water, I don't see a reason it can't be out. People use brooders because they do all those things at once, but a mama hen does too and so can you if you have the time and patience. Just be careful! Chicks are very delicate.

Here's a good article for the basics of gender in silkies: https://www.communitychickens.com/s... keep their, slightly dipped toward the ground.

Oh no only one hatched? 😢

One of two choices. Spend a lot of time with it because it will get lonely or get it a buddy.

Getting it a buddy will be best. But for now it’s fine if it’s out of the brooder with you. My kids love holding the chicks forever.
