Can a Hen who is not sick but on antibiotics set her eggs?

I have a small group of chickens, one is sick and I have all of them on antibiotics. I read I should not do anything with the eggs, but was wondering if there is any reason one of the healthy hens should not be allowed to sit on her eggs? Will the eggs hatch?

it might add too much stress to be on antbiodics and to have to sit on eggs for 21 days. i would maybe take her off the meds and then let her set.
