The black and silver boy is the one that was sold to you as a BCMxRIR? I am not sure what you are asking? BCM mixed with a breed that has silver can result in a birchan color. Unlikely that a RIR is the other half but according to this (http://maransofamericaclub.com/birchenmarans.php ) Cuckoo is used to get that pattern so the seller may be part right and he certainly could be half Marans.
