Can a Serama rooster breed a standard sized hen?

In the FAR future I would like to experiment breeding ayam cemani chickens to bantams to create a fully black bantam but I'm wondering could a serama rooster breed a ayam cemani hen? Thx.

You could try artificial insemination.

I think it really depends on how desperate your rooster is.
Maybe if you left them in the same pen for a while you *might* get fertility.
