My Red Bronze hen has been attempting to sit for around 2 and half months now, and at this point I'm fed up with removing the eggs from her. She's currently on 3 large duck eggs, Rouen I believe. Is there any downside to letting her hatch ducks? Will the species be compatible?

yes both turkey and duck eggs take 28 days. she well take care as if they were baby turks.

If she stays the full 28 days, assuming they are fertile, they will hatch. I had one hen that hatched some duck eggs. When the ducklings jumped in the water to swim, she freaked out, running around the baby pool trying to rescue them. She thought they were drowning.

They should hatch still. I have heard that turkeys and ducks have different humidity levels, but I could be wrong about that part.
