Can a young meat chicken join flock of 3 layers?

We have a small coop in city suburbs with 3 adult pet hens. Buff Orpington, barred PR and RIRed. A couple months ago my grandson found a young meat chicken who was lost and hungry. We have gradually acclimated her to our other girls. She is definitely at bottom of the pecking order but they mostly leave her alone and allow her to sleep in the coop. ”Rosie” is growing fast and is already asbig as the other hens. Do you think she can survive? I’ve read they aren’t bred to grow up and will be unhealthy. Or if she does survive will she become head of the flock?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

To keep meat Cornish X past butchering age they have to be fed a strict scheduled diet. Not following a diet will cause her to develop leg, heart, and kidney problems very fast that she will eventually succumb to. Even on a diet, this breed lives a significantly shorter life then other breeds.

I doubt she would ever be boss hen. CX are awfully heavy and slow to be top of the pecking order.
I agree with the other posters that if you do want to keep her long term she will need to be fed of restricted diet when she's full size. And even with that, she will not have the normal lifespan of a regular chicken. She's just not bred for it.
