Can ALL wyandotte chicks be feather sexed?

I've spent hours searching for an answer to this question so I thought I would try posting it here. Based on what I have read, Wyandottes CAN be feather sexed. But Im not sure if they must be bred in a certain way for this trait or if ALL Wyandottes can be feather sexed. Any help greatly appreciated!

If you read it carefully, you can see the science behind why all Wyandotte chicks cannot be feather sexed.
