Can an aggressive rooster pass it on

I got chicks from Hoover hatchery last June. Pullets along with 2 roos. Buff Orpingtons which are supposed to be docile. Both roosters are aggressive. Can the pass it along to their male off spring ?

Yes, it can. I have pullet breeder brown leghorns and one aggressive rooster was used as the breeder and some of the male chicks were aggressive. This only occurred when we tried to pick up the hens, otherwise they wouldn't bother us

It can pass down, but has more to do with individual birds and flock dynamics.
Having multiple males brings out the worst in all their behaviors, IMO.
