Can anybody help identify this raptor?

Sorry the video isn’t longer or better, I thought it might come back so I could get better footage of it. From what I can tell, there aren’t any markings of any colors, but it does have a bright yellow beak.

You can usually tell a vulture by the white of their wings & the finger like tips of the wings as well. Google vulture wings & you'll see. I see them daily & they've never bothered my chickens.
 
I second (or is it third?) the opinion that's a vulture, which will only eat dead, nasty-smelling things. Turkey vulture undersides have a distinct two-tone pattern.
