Can anybody tell me if i have hens or roosters check out my picks

My White leghorns are 3 months old. Four of them are crowing and out of the four two combs are flopping . Is it true what i heard that a hen doesn't get a comb until ready to lay? I only have one chicken that doesn't have a full comb.
 
If there three months old and one has a small comb and the others that large then u have one hen the other white leghorns are roos... Sorry. At least there not all roos. The white leghorn hen at three months should be tiny and the roos combs large right away.
 
Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! It would help if you could get individual pictures, but if those are three months old they are mostly roosters. Pullets will grow combs a lot slower than roosters usually and it won't turn really red until just before they start to lay, but even Leghorn pullets get big combs compared to most other breeds.

Yes I also would guess those are roosters. Sorry!
 
Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. I can't see couple of them in the picture very well, but at least three of them are White Leghorn roosters. Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your flock.
