Can anyone advise if I have a rooster?

I have a 21 week old Warren. Its noisier than the rest but not loud to disturb neighbours yet. Its smaller than the other chickens and is quite confident.

Basic, commercial red sex link pullet. The males in these commercial birds are off-white with just a touch of red on back somewhere. These are sexed at hatch.

That's a hen. Roosters are white.
