Can anyone figure out my chicks?

My 12-day-old chicks are growing fast, and I cannot tell if they're hens or roosters. Today I noticed little spurs on them!! Does that mean they're roosters?

I will post pics as soon as possible.

Pics may help, but at 12 days, its probably too young to tell but the spur spots doesnt mean they are roos, even hens will have small spur nubs.
