Can anyone guess what this Barnevelder will be?

Do you have any photos of Diggy when he was a baby? Boy Barnevelders will often have white breast down and girls have grey breast down. But I do think he looks like a cockerel.
Yes, I will attach two baby photos and then one recent of him straight on from last week...he has always had a lot of white on his chest. Look at me already calling Diggy a "he"! haha

Good pictures! Yes, if I were picking chicks and wanted a cockerel, I would have picked him. ;)
I can see his white chest, and your photo has another example of ways to tell if a chick is a boy. You see that area I have circled in red? It is very typical for males (any breed) to feather in like that. Bald shoulder patches.

When you are looking at a group of straight run chicks that are beginning to get their feathers, the girls will be smooth looking with even feathers, and any that have the bare shoulder patches, short tails and long gangly legs will be boys. Now, that doesn’t mean that every smoothly feathered one is a girl. Some boys aren’t obvious until later. But it is one early sign.
