can anyone help me determine if my rooster has wryneck?

I posted earlier that red seemed to have a broke neck but he seems to be ok but cant lift his head. I dont see any signs that he was atracked or fighting just cant pick up his head.
 
Posting a picture of him may help. Wry neck is really a symptom, not a disease. It can be a result of a head or neck injury, a neurological diseases such as Mareks or avian leukosis, from vitamin deficiency (especially as a chick,) or from infections causing brain inflammation. I would start him on vitamins (B1, E, and selenium) and limit any noise or stress if possible. Sometimes adding water to the feed to make it the consistacy of oatmeal, and wrapping them in a towel while feeding them out of a bowl will help if they aren't able to eat well.
