Can anyone help me identifiy this breed?

Hi. I need some help identifying the breed of this bird! I have two of these "mystery birds" and they are both very shy (my other girls are not). They are about 12 weeks old. I thought they might be buff sussex, but their legs are a slate color. Any thoughts?? Thanks for your help!
