Can anyone help me identify this breed? Black Cochins?

I bought these chicks yesterday at a local feed store and was told that they were Delawares. I figured out very quickly that they are NOT Delawares. I am thinking that they are likely Black Cochins. They have the characteristic white wingtips and underbelly. They are a feather footed breed. One is a bit lighter colored than the other but the majority of the chicks looked like the one in the foreground.

They could be. A better assessment can be made when they are grown.
