I made a hobble for my worst offender yesterday. I used a length of nylon cord and tied non slip loops around each leg, loose enough so not to rub yet small enough not to slip over the spur button. The length between the legs for my Roo is about 8 inches, but he is a large bird. I also may have made it a bit to long as he gets around pretty well. Here are some pictures in action.
