Can anyone help me with calf?

I keep buffaloes for their rich milk and I have never bottle fed a buffalo calf but when they are young I force feed them butter milk because it increases the appetite and is also a natural dewormer. I assume you will not need to force your cafe because he is already used to bottle.
When they are old I also feed them some garlic cloves twice or thrice a week because of it's medicinal properties.

First of all, check his temperature. Are his ears up or droopy? Does he have a loose stool or perhaps is he constipated? How is his breathing? Are his eyes clear or are they runny (tears)? Pneumonia is one of the first things that comes to mind. If his temperature is elevated, you should put him on antibiotics ASAP.

Thanks for all the advice everyone. Stupid alerts didnt show me anyonehad posted. Hes doing better. Took bottle this morning and was just out playing around. Still a little off but I have him on antibiotics for pneumonia.

Glad to hear he is better. Be sure to keep him on antibiotics for a full five days. If you stop them too soon he can relapse.

I cannot help more than the others but.... the antibiotic... why did you not finish it before? Or at least that is what i understood you to say when you said you would give him more tabs from the last time... maybe i misread amd sorry if i did.

But..... Always always always finish the full dose of days in any med like this for human and animal! Always. What happens is.... the bug they needed it for didn't get finished with its rein of terror and often times it will come back more mean than the first time in animal or human makin the entity more sick than the first time. Yes we see them gettin better and think ah ok we can stop this now but it truly does more harm than good. It also leads to antibiotic resistant strains of buggies. Glad the lil guy is feelin better though.
