They lay with their legs behind them a lot and she was sleeping that way one night when I went to bed fine all day long even the days before so the next morning she just cried and cried so I checked her and she wasnt standing on it so I called my vet she said she thinks it's a slipped tendon she could do anything for it and other vets said put her down..
