I have a female guinea approx 6 months old. She has bright green poo and looks like she is having trouble breathing. She does eat but not as much as the other one. Does anyone know what is going on? She isn't vocal lately and she rests often when outside. This has been going on for a couple weeks, just not constantly. She is usually by herself because the male guinea runs her off a lot. I got them right after they were ready to leave their moms. One of my hens decided to be their mother and protected them from the other hens. They roost in the coop at night with her and the rest of the hens. She eats what the hens do, i.e. laying crumbles and pellets, scratch, worms, sprouts I grow for them, fresh spinach, etc.

There are several diseases that have those symptoms. If possible, take her to the vet. Call ahead to be sure the vet has experience with bird diseases.

Barring that, consider antibiotics.
