Guinea fowl with respiratory issues!

Do you have a friend or family member that can help you with your birds and the information you've been given?
Yes. Thank you for all your help. The tylosin seems like a good idea. I'll just have Nellie separated but within her flockmates enclosure.

Ideally, the non infected bird shouldn't be treated. Ideally. It's not going to harm him. The avoidance of whole-flock prophylactic tx is to avoid antibiotic resistance. But 2 birds, none routine use does not antibiotic resistance make. In other words, you do what you gotta do. If you feel she needs the buddy -🤷‍♀️. Personally, I've never used the buddy-system. I'm not opposed to it, I've just never done it.
This link is dry reading, but informative regarding the term "sinus infections." The simplest cause listed that can be managed is high ammonia .
Again, IDEALLY, a vet would be the best way to evaluate cause & tx, but few have that access.
