Can anyone help with this Black Australorp Hen or Roo? 12 Weeks Old!

I thought I had a Roo, but not 100% sure and I don't want to give away until sure!

Yeah seems like pointy roo feathers on back.. The other bird in first pic also seems to be a roo.

Thanks Kev, I knew about other one for sure, this one I was guessing at first because of comb and wattles were so red and big, but wanted to get other opinions before finding new homes for both.
