We are looking for plans to build a coop similar to this one, it is at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. We have not had any luck with finding plans and it appears to be older construction. My wife and kids are in that pic for height reference, wifey is 5'2".... Oh wait I forgot the half inch she always makes sure she includes so 5' 2.5". Lol
Show the picture to any experienced carpenter , and he can duplicate the structure with no sweat. Now if you want all the identical details inside such as exact laying nest boxes, and as well as fans and vents and such. then take more pictures.
Coop looks to be a modified version of a Woods type coop. I built one, and it has really been a great coop for me. The book below, from Amazon, has detailed drawings in it for a 10X16' Woods.
