Can anyone help?

I have a little girl that limps around and has what looks like a dislocated joint. Something is wrong with her joint. If she sits or if you extend her leg it will look normal then it seems to pop out of place. see below.

Anyone have any idea how to help her? She seems to do ok otherwise it just hurts me to see her limp around. Thanks

I would google it or something. It does not look good at all! Just keep trying to help her and then maybe look to see if there is any medicine that you can give her!

Thanks Noahsgeese for the reply. I went outside today to check on them and her leg is normal. She is walking normal and everything. I can only think that she was growing faster then her legs could keep up with. I really didnt think it would ever fix as she had been limping for over a week.
