They appear to be Seramas.

It's hard to tell their posture on the fence, but I think they are Japanese bantams as they have the more relaxed posture of the Jap rather than the upright stance of the Serama....and I think the roo's ear is bright red, another indication of Jap.

The one on the right looks like a Japanese Bantam and the one on the left looks like a mixed breed personally.

I think the right is more of the UK serama type, not as exaggerated. The wing stance isn't correct for a Jap also
