Can anyone identify these ducks?

I saw these ducks at a public pond in Dahlonega Georgia. They were on the large side, probably 10 pounds. Coloring was green black white and chestnut. They had blue eyes. Pretty ducks.

At the same pond there was a crested duck as well. Unusual. I though crested were domesticated ducks, not wild?

They look like domestic mixes to me.

I'm pretty sure those are muscovy hybrids. Very pretty!

Most likely some one dropped them off there or they were hatched there by some drop offs. since they are domesticated. I rescued 3 Scovy mixes from our river once years ago that had that beautiful rust color on them, all 3 drakes someone didn't want any more. Are you thinking about making friends and taking them home?

They look like mixed domestic ducks. If they're really friendly, then they might be recent drop offs.

I would love to and would consider it!! Unfortunately I am working on getting a farm of my own. I am launching a KICKSTARTER Campaign in a couple days to raise money!! I designed a silly duck calendar I am trying to offer my backers.
