Can anyone identify these little guys??

Hi all can someone help me out identifying what breed and possible sex these little ones are thanks

I'm not sure on the breed. It looks like they could be Red Sex-Links. The one on the right is a rooster, but the one on the left looks like a possible female.

That's my thought, too, is a red sex link pair. Or two second generation red sex links, but still one male and one female.
