Can anyone identify this breed for me?

Hey guys, I did a homesteaders delight package from mcmurray hatchery and am unable to identify this breed. The only information given is they are brown egg layers.

It could be an Americauna or Easter egger. Keep and eye on their feet. If they become bluish they are definetly a one of these blue egg layers. Stay posted.

I know you said brown layer, but I agree that this looks like an easter egger.

That would be awesome... and it would explain why I was having a hard time identifying them because I was focused on brown layers. Time will tell I guess

I wouldn't just look for blue slate legs either. I can tell you its not an ameraucana, right up... so that leaves the easter eggers... which can have any color legs. Most hatchery EE have green, which I think I see green on your chick.
