Can anyone identify what this is?

I found this today in the run. It looks like poop that is dark green and almost blue to me. I have never seen this before and I’m wondering if I should be worried. Does anybody know what this is or what’s causing it?

The only hens who use this run are 4 buff Orpingtons, a Barred Rock, and an Austrolorp. We have no rooster. They are on Modesto organic layer with Modesto organic scratch. Only water with no supplements or medications right now. Sometimes they get left over vegetables.

When you say sometimes they get left over vegetables... Which vegetables and when was the last time you gave some?
