Can anyone please tell me if this is bumblefoot?

Help! This is the first duck I've ever raised... I have no idea what to do with him. He has a limp and won't put weight on this foot. Three bumps on underside of foot and middle toe is very swollen. Is this bumblefoot? Or maybe a sprain/break?

Could be bumble foot... Can't really tell though since it's muddy... Sure is a lot of bumps too...
