Can anyone tell Barnevelder and Welsummer x chicks apart?

1 & 2 have a fair bit of white--I'm going to guess not Barnevelder.

6, 7, and I think 8 appear to have a lot more feathers than 3, 4, 5. I wonder if that's a breed difference? But 7 & 8 might easily be Barnevelders, while 6 is one of the pale chicks, so likely not a Barnevelder.

Sorry, I'm just going to give up for now :hmm

Maybe someone else will pop in with some better ideas, or maybe you'll just have to guess and possibly swap chicks around later.

Thanks for your input, but that's not possible, only 6 of each egg type came from different locations/breeders so cant have 8 chicks of either. 5 of the x eggs hatched and 3 of the barney eggs hatched. Chick 7 looks like the barnevelder chicks i've had previously (from a different place), i'm thinking the blue chicks must be lighter and therefore look less like your typical barney chicks'. 8 is now also looking most barney too though its quite red.
