can Anyone tell if this is a rooster?

So my 6 chicks are 16 days old, and one if the americaunas is grower at a much faster rate and looks very manly!! could it be a rooster?? and if so, is it possible to get them fixed?

and it's the only one with that shape. there's a picture of my Orpington and my mom, to compare bodies
 
It's kind of hard to tell in the photos because of the shadows, but the bird in the pictures looks to be colored as a typical Easter Egger female.
 
My Ameracuanas both grew at a faster rate than my other chicks, so your chick growing so fast is not surprising. By the time mine were two months old, my rooster had a very red comb and more vibrant coloring. He did not actually crow until about 4 months old, though. If it's a rooster, and it looks like a pullet to me, it will start getting the distinctive feathers that roosters get. Unfortunately, you can't "fix" them! :-) LOL!
 
Crowing, unlike incessant dog's barking, is music to my ears! Have you been to a large Poultry Show--10 or 20,000 chickens-like Hannover, Germany==it is an Opera production!
