Can anyone tell me if my chicken is a rooster?

About 16 weeks. I am new. This is my first flock and I thought I heard some noise this morning and this chicken has been behaving a bit more aggressive.

Are you seeing any shiny,silvery feathers?By now he should have some saddle feathers,not seeing any that's the only thing that makes him 'Some" pullet like.

i dont think it looks like there are any saddle feathers. The chicken just seems to have gotten a bit more aggressive to my other girls. It always pecks them in the neck and pulls feathers out of them.

He's a rooster, but I don't think cochins have saddle feathers until they're older. I have a 2 month old cochin roo who has no saddle feathers at all.

Nothing silvery anyway. I've always looked to see if the feathers looked round at the ends but I just thought maybe when her being a different breed her feathers might be more straight.

Saddle feathers start coming in on cockerels around 3 months.Your rooster could be a late bloomer and feather late.Most cockerels do have saddle feathers by 16 weeks,maybe not a lot but enough to say boy or girl.
