Can anyone tell me if this little girl is a bantam?

I got all these chicks together as sexed EE pullets. Daffodil, the little orange one is developing at the same rate as the others, just smaller. She's holding her own with the first round of the pecking order but she's a good 1/3 smaller than the others.

She's most likely just a smaller bird. Does not look small enough to be a bantam. If they are anything close to true Ameraucana bantams they would be 3/4 smaller at that age.

Here is an example. Bantam Ameraucana to the far left. She is also 3 weeks older than the silkie to the right, and 6 weeks older than the middle bird.

Would say she is just a smaller than usual EE. Bantams are usually supposed to be 1/4 to 1/5 the size of the standard sized birds. EEs are a mix anyhow so there is no sop.
