Can anyone tell me this bantam breed?

I'm assuming this is a roo based on the

comb and there is a slight green sheen starting on some of the wing feathers but I've not been able to find any pics of what exactly breed it may be? Any ideas? It is a bantam breed, about 9 weeks old.

That is kind of what I was thinking too but just couldn't find that color mix. Maybe he's just a mutt!
