I agree with previous poster, Silver Laced Wyandotte. As long as they're SLW, they're both [in my opinion looking to be] pullets. Cockerels have much more white. Beautiful birds!

I also have two SLW's. When I was concerned about one of them being a cockerel, I posted here and was told about the cockerels having so much more white. After rethinking my reply, I should have said that in my opinion, they're looking to be pullets, but my thoughts come from the two I have and that isn't much, compared to so many here.

Silver laced Wyandotte.

Sex: give us more info and better pics of both of them. What age are they? Pics of both comb and wattles helps. And a picture, from the side, while they are standing, helps to see feathering, legs, comb and wattle growth.
