Can anyone tell me what breed is this. Bought them last minute at TSC

One rooster is more than plenty. In fact you may need about 5 more hens to keep him from overbreeding your hens. Roosters do tend to be a bit, er, randy.

I actually have 20 hens for him. He has 13 with him now and in the process of putting the other 7 with him soon

I have a total of 22 and they are in 3 sperate pins, they can all see each other and they share the same coop. When I move I'm only going to have one coop with a very large run so I hoping that if I move them in the evening around roosting time and put them in the coop that they'll be ok and not tell the difference that there all now in the same coop and run.

They will probably recognize which ones they have lived with, and which ones were in separate pens.

But there is a good chance of them being fine.

It helps that they have been able to see each other, so they are not total strangers.

And moving them all to a strange place will help too, because none of them will feel that "their" space is being invaded.

I kinda agree. The comb is similar to one I have but the body of mine is slimmer with an upright tail. These birds are full bodied.

They may nit pick a bit, the whole pecking order thing, but it'll be from a neutral ground hopefully and not a, who are YOU to invade MY pen, stance. So should not be nasty hopefully.

I see no brown, and they have white earlobes, which SGs do not have. I still think Andalusians.

Are they laying eggs yet? Sometimes egg color can help figure out what breed they are.

Blue Andalusians should lay white eggs, Sapphire Gems and Speckled Sussex lay brown eggs, and of course blue or green eggs would mean they are something else yet.
